Our Promise to You

We want you to love your Luveyra lashes. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how our return and refund process works.


Eligibility

You have 15 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or refund.

To qualify, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent to you
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

What We Cannot Accept

  • Returns requested after the 15-day window has passed
  • Products that have been used, worn, or show signs of use
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at luveyrasupport@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item arrived damaged
  3. Wait for our team to approve your request — we respond within 1–2 business days
  4. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and the return address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to send you a direct replacement at no additional cost. Just contact us at luveyrasupport@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error — wrong item, damaged, or defective — we cover the return shipping cost in full
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days of our confirmation email:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times vary
  3. If you've done both and still have no refund, email us at luveyrasupport@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately
